To Cambridge by train, with baggage
A travel day, by foot to Kings Cross rail station, by train to Cambridge and by taxi to our daughter's house. ... we abandoned the venture and headed north.
Next stop was Dunwich, about 15k up the coast but much further by car. You don’t get nice straight roads that hug the coast in Norfolk – you have to duck and dive inland and back down small, narrow, winding roads and lanes, always flanked with hedges or trees.
