After a slightly stressful train delay we got to St Malo, Brittany. The delay which almost caused us to miss our connection was caused by a crane dropping an object on to the railway overhead supply cable, therefore causing trains to be diverted to other routes. However we just made our connection to the TGV and made St Malo in time to walk part of the city walls which are similar to those in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Woke up at 6am to 'Two & half men' repeating opening titles "Men,men,men,men,menly men men men, ooohhh", laptop had been left on.
Went back to bed.

DAY SIX - THURSDAY Today, we have finally rested for the night at Le Grouin du Sud, just north of Avranches. First we stopped at Carolles Plage, where we got fresh water.
