... s, crazy parking (we never parked on a corner or double parked so we are clearly not locals!) snowy mountain roads and everything in between. I must admit, I was relieved to sign it back in. We have checked in at an Airport hotel tonight to save us having to drive through the "traffico intenso" tomorrow morning. After driving to the small town of Argegno (again thanks D), north of Como ...

After wards Les took a look at the hob, and gave it a good blow out with the compressor to remove all the dust, fluff and dog hairs, after which it worked again. I still can't understand where all this muck ...

      ... the driver.

Our destination overnight is the lakes area called Lago Maggiore (translation major lake). In terms of where we are, we are at mid northern area at the top of Italy. The drive is about an hour. The terrain is dense lush forest and clearly big cars are rare here. Almost all the cars are small and motor bikes everywhere.

About 15 mins out from our hotel we had the first glimpse of the Swiss Alps. The lake feeds ...
