Whitecaps to Snowcaps
As we leave Italy early in the morning we can see the white caped waves of the Mediterranean going out of view as the train turns the corner. Ahead of us is the Swiss alps, and the weather is not looking all that great. Our memories of the sea are fading as we enter Switzerland and see the snowcaps. This is a long travel day as there are a lot of train miles to cover.
