... There is so much to do and the people were very friendly. We liked well enough to purchase property overlooking Lake Cortiz. The average 3 bedroom/ 2 bath homes sells for around 160,000 dollars. Membership fee run 36 dollars a month.

... Shane wanted his picture in one. As we paddled up to the tree he wanted his picture in, I spotted a huge spider (easily 4" across). Later we found out, that particular type of spider jumps.
