Tis the night before flight, only 1 creature remain stirring, while the other is with wine and close to his sight blurring. ... all at once I see a sign that said "Construction Ahead". Hummm, what will this bring, I says to meself (No Nellie, meself didn't answer back...jeeze). Any how, it was pretty much construction almost all the next 200 miles or so. Nothing drastic, like driving on the gravel shoulder or nuthin. Just "sit up and drive the durn thang" kinda construction.

... though the Fair also offers a wide variety of interesting exhibits. The agriculture of the state is celebrated in livestock competitions and displays. The hall with the art and craft competitions was glorious and there was live music and entertainment in various locations.

We avoided the funfair and did not manage to get to the outdoor arena to watch the tractors hauling heavy stuff.
