another early start following breakfast in our room. another very hot and humid day awaits. We had better luck with our shuttle driver today which was a pleasant surprise. The park is above the La Jolla Cove and we did our exercises to the sound of the waves, the cry of the sea birds and the barking of the sea lions on the rocks below. ... reasonable meal in several days, we all left with full bellies. We were pretty stoked to find a mini mart right next door so we could buy a few essentials. Something I would say about the American people I have met to date , they have all been so helpful, cheerful & well mannered. I had heard so many negative comments before coming here but in my short experience, they are completely unfounded. Now for bed & freshening up for Day ...

... than planned, we decided to relax this evening and get our laundry down. Going to watch some tv and chillax.

Tomorrow we are planning on visiting the San Diego Zoo at park opening and tour its many exhibits. Later in the afternoon we will move over to Seaworld. We have been to Seaworld in Orlando a few times, so we don't need a full day there and they are open until 10 p.m. We have to fit both in tomorrow as we are leaving for Anaheim on Saturday morning. ...
