When we first got there we got a Zoo bus which took you on a 40 minutes ride through the zoo to you a perspective of how big it is and how you can plan your trip through it of special interest to Jackie was the Orangutan and their enclosure really suited them. My favourite was the Polar Bear and there were 3 of them in the enclosure. All were moving around and heathy looking also.

... than planned, we decided to relax this evening and get our laundry down. Going to watch some tv and chillax.
Tomorrow we are planning on visiting the San Diego Zoo at park opening and tour its many exhibits. Later in the afternoon we will move over to Seaworld. We have been to Seaworld in Orlando a few times, so we don't need a full day there and they are open until 10 p.m. We have to fit both in tomorrow as we are leaving for Anaheim on Saturday morning. ...
... home. Cathy got some hiking boots for $119 that she had tried at home before we left. Price tag then was $279. I wasn't quite so lucky looking for mine - but I'm more fussy.
We caught the trolley back to Fashion Valley and did lots more shopping, then got taxis back to the hotel.
Tomorrow, it's off to San Diego Zoo.
