... week not many campers are here in tents, mostly RV's. We will hang out a little tonight and hit the hay. Waking up early in the am to head on over to Nashville. Tomorrow will also be our shortest drive yet so looking forward to that! Before we leave tomorrow morning we will go see the waterfall this park is known for, should be a cool sight. ...

... is feeling better but now its my turn to not feel so great. We have a quiet morning, then in the afternoon once I'm feeling better we go for a bike ride through the park. Its the first time the bikes have been off the bake for a ride since we started the trip. It felt great to be on them. While we are cleaning up from dinner Gordon looks up to see the sky changing color so off we run to the lake side to watch the sunset.

... one benefit of my hammock presented itself. While I was still not as efficient and practiced as I will be fairly soon, it was still much easier stringing up my hammock than setting up a tent, and much less water got inside it than made it into the tent. So, you know it's getting real when you start having nightmares about it.

I woke up in the wee hours of this morning with the most god awful camp in my right calf. My first, sensible reaction was, of course, to assume that I'd been shot. The pain was worse than childbirth (or so I can only conclude).
