... till elicited the news that we were first-time visitors, he rang a cow bell and the owners popped right out to thank us for coming. Tom, the husband, also told us all about the installation of the brand new digital projectors, first run this weekend. They keep the place up well, and this was one of the better theaters we've been to. Check it out when you're in the area!

We left the RV late on Monday after the thunderstorm passed over. We ran some errands and then caught up with Cousin Cindy in Laurens. It was great to see Cindy. After dinner in Laurens it was a short drive to the assisted living facility to see Addy and Ed Good. Addy is my father's sister and the last of the brothers and sisters. ... Correll walked us down the same road the troops had come in on. He explained the conditions and placement of troops in battle. The Battle of Cowpens was a turning point in the revolutionary war. On the grounds of the National Park site is the Robert Scruggs House, which we visited as well.
