... Olympics were in 1896. In the Ancient Olympics, men ran naked. Women were not allowed to watch. The men had several races in addition to running, such as discus, javelin and, of course, chariot races. The women only had one race and they ran in a dress with one breast exposed. ... was just chilling around the pool relaxing/recovering. Mike shouted us a round and made these insane cocktails. We spent the arvo have heaps too many before heading back to our room for night 1 in Ios. We got pretty tanked in the room and headed in to the main Ios square. It was nothing like I had imagined a lot of small pubs/clubs. The night was blurry. But we had fun…I think.
