... and smelled/looked/was clean as a whistle. All this western music is noteworthy. Day's Inn is an American chain. I had my shoes off and feet on the divan/couch. A staff member came over and wanted me to put my feet on the floor; sure, whatever.The top ten meals are sorted:

... airline flubbed the amount of extra fuel required so that took 20M. Then air traffic control had a computer glitch, taking another 15M. Still ample time to make the connection.

One day of pix and continental brekkie of a chocolate pastry, coffee with milk and OJ. Back to the pix as we head over the French Alps, the scene of such loss on my arrival day to Spain on 24/3. Have managed to dump some 60 pix so far today but that's just a ...

... connector plane to Powell River. Another smooth flight and some nice weather on the west coast brought us home sweet home as the plane landed right side up to end our East coast adventure. Patti's mom picked us up at the airport and took us to her place for a nice dinner before we finally made it to our place around 7:30 p.m. Well that's a wrap for another fabulous adventure to launch our retirement. There were two baptisms at Book Road this morning - Jesse Pipe (Beth's cousin) and his girlfriend from high school, Karen Workman. It was a beautiful morning, such a happy occasion for both the family and ecclesia having seen these two come such a long way.
