I'm now currently sat in one of the 'chill out' rooms in the hostel, looking out on the pool while it is thunder and lightning and sunny at the same time. Houston is strange. ... have a Mexican meal - the Tex-Mex you hear about all the time! As seems to be the usual, once seated you are served a couple of baskets of corn chips and guacamole, salsa and/or chilli bean dip. As the kids were quick to notice, by the time your order arrives you're no longer starving hungry as you've snacked on chips and dip and then you can't finish your meal! Mason had beef fajita as did Sam, I went for chicken fajita and Jo and Matt had chicken nachos. Mase ...
