... south, east and north. We did a rethink of our planned trip which was to head south seeing my cousins on the way and then east along the coast through Louisiana to Florida and then north and back down the middle to Texas.
So we checked the 30 day weather forecast and the 90 day forecast - both looked bad. We decided to head north-west dodging tornado warnings to New Mexico. If all else failed, we were going to head to California.

Today is scheduled to be the last day of our trip. 4.5 total hours flying in 2 legs. First stop is in north TX (the panhandle), and then a short 2 hour hop back to Centennial. Today was another travel day, but this time it was a little shorter. We pulled out of the campground in Durant this morning about 9:30 on our way to Weatherford. We crossed into Texas about 10 and on into Sherman. We were following the Smiths and actually were keeping up with them pretty well (they drive a diesel pusher so we had to push a little faster than we normally would have).
