Another beautiful pool, put to good use!

This resort is another one with a beautiful pool (and another one available to us through Resort Parks International).
We went into Hermann, toured the Stone Hill Winery, the Hermann Wurst Shoppe, stopped in a Brewery (for Greg, of course), and then had a bite of BBQ. A good day, despite the oppressive heat (which seems to be the theme of this summer's travels!)

... a pin into Ottery St Mary, which was about the only spot left in the UK! As we'd come to find out during our trip, Route 66 is certainly very popular with the British (and the Swiss, oddly), although not so much with the Americans, many of whom seem as ignorant of their own rich travel culture as they are of foreign affairs!
