Today the journey began! My mom and I drove to Kansas City in order for me to board my flight early tomorrow morning. Also, once I get home from this trip, I will have to finish out my Guatemala blog. It was a CRAZY 5 days that I had between my trips. I had 5 cheer practices, 4 job interviews, 2 photography sessions, lots of laundry, 1 job acceptance and a ton of time with my family before heading out on trip number 2. :)

If you're family, a close friend, or just a friendly ear, I've probably told you and your dog that this "great adventure" has drained my bank account plus some. In fact, without the support of my family (parents, siblings, boyfriend, the great uncle d and aunt m included) I wouldn't be making this voyage.
