      ... water flowing over it, sort of a fountain. It looked, in the fog, like it could be snow . . . but only for a moment. It was some kind of soap that they clean the sign and water with . . . sort of like in a giant bubble bath!! It had dissipated some when we left, but I did take a picture!

      ... some of the locks, but usually locked through with others. We had purchased a Parks Canada permit to tie up to the lock walls along the way, so that's where we stopped for the evening. In the larger towns, there were power pedestals and we could also get water. However, there were some lock walls where we ran our generator for power. Since the weather was generally cool at night, we turned the generator off before bedtime and were quite comfortable.

      After a big breakfast, we went hiking in Trout Creek. Once we found the trails, we were on our way. A little stream flowed through the woods. Walking sticks in hand, we pushed through the woods fighting off the occasional bug. However, bugs got the best of us and we returned after 20 minutes.       ... went down the wire two times. It was so exhilarating and a little scary. The resort is massive and still growing. We collected information for a future vacation.
