Our home base while in the beautiful town of Sequim WA will be GilGal Oasis RV park. It is a nice park with friendly staff BUT rather tight RV spaces. Pete's rig is within two inches of being against a fence--however--the sky is 'clear' for satellite and they even offer free DSL internet so it ...

Had to go to the crew office today in the morning to turn in my blue card and customs declarations sheet and pay my tab. I was really surprised to see that the drink I ordered at the crew bar was only $1.50. No wonder they all take the disco's so seriously haha!

After our last full day of working with this group of kids, Jenna*, Ben*, and Joe* (the new teen staff that replaced Mick*) and I all set out for Victoria. Today is ...

Many of the neighbours are annoyed at the resident deer as they are eating all the flowers and plants. I remember that day my father and I planted over 100 new plants and "Mr. Buck" arrived and checked them out. He did eat a few. However, he has decided that the hosta plants are the tastiest. My mom says that ...

    ... tasty, somewhat healthy.
That night I went back to Mel's place to hang out some more. We didn't stay there for long, instead heading over to her friend Shaya's house for some wine and fun. It's always nice to expand the friend circle. Shaya was an absolute hoot. We sat in her lounge drinking cleanskin wine, listening to music (some good, some terrible) and dancing around the lounge. Shaya told us we had to leave by 10 because she had a lot to do the day after. 10 ...
