... by there by midday today, so we're much father along than planned.

We're off to Amarillo... sounds like a song... 8:15am (CT): Morrilton, Arkansas. After a quick planning session, we've decided to at least get to Amarillo today (should be there be late afternoon). Margaret found a nice KOA there and we need to hook up tonight to dump ...

We are back on the road headed to our campsite west of Little Rock, Arkansas. Still in Texas now and going through some crazy rain storms. We get to State Park by 4pm just before the thunder storms start rolling in. It was very quiet in the camp. We where the only ones there, it felt erie. Since it was a cold, wet night we decide its the perfect time to hide away and watch a movie.

The next day Gordon wakes up with a slight head cold. Since it is still cold and raining on and off we decide its a good to do nothing day.

Those were neat trails, but once we made it back up to the rim trail and set off down that a ways, I wished we had never been diverted because the views were great. We ...

Cherub: Ok
Waffles: I'll maybe speak to you tomorrow.. or I might be busy so maybe the next day... but I might be busy then so ...
Cherub: *laughing*
Waffles: Well, hey, if nothing else I'll just see you on Monday!

That is a thing and it hasn't been a thing before. I'm super excited.

If all goes well, the first leg of the trip might start tomorrow!
