... We made it to the campground, rested and then had to go again. We decided to go back to Shasta City which was a few miles west of Redding. This was a town which the State bought in the 60's and made an Historic Park. The Courthouse which was built in 1855 was restored to what it looked like in 1861 and is a museum complete with a court room. They have displays of local memorabilia and information, indian artifacts, fine art ...

Yes indeed we were out of here at 11:17. It took us two hours to get to Vacaville....love that bay area traffic. Not much new on I-5 northbound to Red Bluff. Arrived at Durango, love this RV Resort....Luigis delivers right to your RV spot. ...

... roads that were between the north and southbound lanes of I-5 then realized that they parked there for the light rail system. Our campground is north of Redding and I thought it might be cooler since it was close to the mountains. However, when we arrived at the campground and opened the door we knew it wasn't so....It was hot!.
