We went for a stroll and went to the local brewery 'Fishtail Brewery' We sampled a few tipples of course. I had the IPA & the Porter while Rox had the hard cider!! We also had dinner....sald for Rox...shitload of dressing of course and I had chicken schwarma. All in all quality food and drink.....again!!!!
After a few drinks we needed a walk to clear the head so took off around the neighbourhood to take ...
Home at last! We arrived last night and were met at the airport by our son-in-law, Nuno and our granddaughter Carmen. It was sure a nice feeling to pull up outside our house and see everything just as we left it. Thank you to those of you who were nice enough to take care of our house, yard, and plants while we were away. Its sure nice to be home!
Having said that, I have to admit to having very mixed ...

All of this delay resulted in us approaching Seattle at 5:00 in the middle of Friday afternoon rush hour traffic on the interstate. This was 5 lanes of bumper to bumper slow moving traffic. We get out of that traffic jam just in time for the Tacoma 5 lane bumper to bumper traffic. At 6:00 we were nowhere near our campground and Greg told me to look for a nearby ...

Olympia, as it turns out, is quite a delightful little city. Benny and I quickly agreed we could live there, as it seemed to have some culture, downtown pedestrian life and, of course, the surrounding mountains and lakes ...
