    ... when he was an exchange pilot with them. Anyway I could tell he flew A-7s, F-4s, and F-16s. I will have to talk with him about his career before we leave.

    Weather permitting we will walk to the Sound in the morning before heading to the NP. Don assured us we would see some animals if we do. He also reminded us to be aware of the tide. We don't want to be caught on the wrong side of the estuary with the tide rising!

    Wle started our morning slow. Breakfast at the hotel. It was the most chaotic hotel breakfast I have ever encountered. People all lined up even if they were waiting for one item and not seeming to understand to just go to the area if tge food p wanted and rude too. We headed off to gas works park.     ... to spend the night. We ended up in Spanaway, a small town east of Tacoma. We bought some ready to eat food and had a late supper. The lady at the deli counter said the Seattle-Tacoma section of the interstate is always busy, but the busiest she ever experienced was last weekend when Justin Bieber was giving a concert in Seattle.
