    ... an amazing combination of vanilla ice cream, cookie pieces, chocolate and fudge sauce - delish!!

    Friday was slightly more cultures - we went to the California Science Museum in downtown LA, where we saw the space shuttle Endeavour and learnt about how they flew the shuttle into LAX and then transported it through the streets of LA - not an easy task! It was really interesting learning about space travel and the various missions, as well ...

    ... time. The next day, Mom, Dad, and I had dinner and a movie (Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) with friends Al and Roberta. And finally Tuesday mom and I got to have some real quality girl time with shopping in Old Town Temecula and a day going to the different wineries. I had a blast.

    I was sad to leave my family but I still was itching to get back home...I loved seeing my family again and wished I could do it more often. It was a great Christmas week...

    ... br> Sunday was kind of a quiet day - we enjoyed getting to know Andrew - what a great baby! (We may be a little prejudiced.) Trish and Linda went to a local farmers' market and picked up makings for dinner, including fresh seafood!
