So why Tennessee? Well Clarksville Tennessee is where two of our dearest friends, Drew and BethAnne are living. Drew Paul was our Pastor at home in Australia for many years . They moved back home to the States a couple of years ago for a number of reasons. One of which was Drew's re-enlistment to the US Army. He is based here at Fort Campbell as an Army Chaplain. Marion and I have been promising for a couple of years ...

... 59 per person to enter!!! So we sacked that off and made our way to the blue ridge parkway road hoping to drive it towards Nashville partly. Stopped at mount pisgah and decided to do the 1.5 mile steep climb in flip flops through pure laziness of can't be bothered to change shoes. Landed in Miami along with 3 or 4 other international flights that came in at the same time, so customs was a test of patience, but I was through and on to the gate for my flight to Nashville. The flight was not even half ...

... t. But I did manage to leave by 3:25 pm.

Louisville at rush hour is NOT a fun place to be. But we got to Nashville about 8:30, checked in to our room, unloaded, and then went to get something to eat.

Tomorrow morning we are aiming for an early start. We're going to meet Karen & Bill, and Bill's sister, Virginia, at The Varsity for lunch.
