Then we tried to take in the big flea market at state fairgrounds. The gates were all locked! It took us a while ...

It was a shame that we didn't get a chance to explore Tupelo for we had a great distance to cover that day. Our hotel was located close to mile 266, Parkway Visitor Center headquarters. We stopped there for a short visit and then got back on the road.

I won't bore you with details from the first 119 miles. I'll just let you know that we stopped, observed and walked trails as we wanted. I failed to mention that these ...
