... The city was very quiet. THEN! we discovered everyone. They were at what I think was the Worlds Largest Multicultural food festival. The place was PACKED! ... hold onto his coffee without shaking it out of the cup. Carol and Sim made the most of the warm air blower in the rest rooms to dry their gloves. After we had warmed up a little we set off again and the skies cleared to allow our clothes to dry out. Saw a moose on the side of the road which was very exciting. Wednesday once again started with a walk 'behind' Gerry followed by the guys vs the gals beanbag baseball game, unfortunately won by the guys once again by a lead of one point. The gals will return to their former winning glory one of these years! The rest of the day was 'explore ...
Today we found our way north to Glennifer Lake Resort, just west of Innisfail. This was a chance to touch base with people we met at the Mesa Rally in March. The food was good and the conversations lively. We're looking forward to the Rally in August and I hope that harvest doesn't interfere!
