We actually are not in Sioux Falls, SD, yet. From Excelsior, MN, we drove south to Lake Okoboji where the Iowa Lakeside Lab is located. Along the way we stopped in Hector, Fairfax, Sleepy Eye, and Windom! All small towns surrounded by fields and fields of corn pitted by ponds of standing water from the heavy rains last week.
