Portland to Seattle
... check out right on noon (check out time). We were on the road again, and my butt was not the slightest bit sore, for about the first 30 minutes. We retreated to the hotel and were going to resort to eating at the hotel restaurant when I gave it Yelp! ...

This has been the longest I've stayed in one place since I started, and I didn't entirely appreciate having to heave up my rucksacks again to head on my way. The prospect of a 2 day train ride was equally integuing, exciting, and off-putting, so of I headed.
Before making my way to the station, however I had a plan. Now I appreciate that this plan of attack didn't go too well yesterday, but this had not put me ...
