... bike north along the lake and east on the River trail. Put it into a rack to check it in and then checked it out right away and road north to Portillo's for lunch. ... The meal was pretty good and as we were dining many of the neighbors including my Aunt Janice, Uncle Mike, cousin Brian and his wife Luanna also came to this restaurant. They live next door to our cottage and made my childhood and visits so special to be able to spend time with my Dad's family every weekend. Spent the day today here in camp. Cooking, cleaning and watching a double header on tv. We had another HUGE storm again tonight. Two nights in a row there have been tornado warnings here and they had to take everyone from the tent sites and have them sit in the basement of the camp office. We watched it for hours. ... know what this is, its a glass box that sticks out of the building on the 101st floor. You stand IN the box and on clear days can actually see four different states! Since the dogs can't go and it's 93 degrees out, we passed.
When we did get home we had the Mother of ALL Thunderstorms for entertainment. We just turned out the lights, sat in the Captains chairs and watched the show for a few hours. AMAZING!
