... tipped upside down. The trainees then have to follow set procedures to safely and correctly leave the airframe while underwater. It is an amazing setup, with the ability to simulate all weather and water conditions, including night-time, stormy weather with wind, rain, lightning and waves. Pretty impressive stuff, it would be incredibly daunting and scary for these guys. This is known as "Dunker Training"

Well Sunday is time for Church. Drew is a Pastor at two local churches in Clarksville, one on Fort Campbell and one in Clarksville. Also, BethAnne's parents, Earl and Joyce Koon, were staying with us as well. Earl Koon is also a Pastor who we are very close with, because they have also spent many years at our Church at home.

... dramas, and were pleasantly surprised to find that our bags had made it with us. Our good friend BethAnne was there to pick us up and we were off on our way to Clarksville.

What a beautiful place this is!! Rolling hills, trees/woods and Green!!! After a 40min drive we arrived at the Paul Residence and settled in. They live in a stereo-typical American two storey house on a large block of land with woods behind them. ...

... wounds out along the ridge to view the river with a lovely overlook of the city of Clarksville. There is also some hiking trails around the Earthworks of the original fort. It is well marked with plenty of signs to keep you off the Earthworks. The trees are really well marked and there are quite a few Black Cherry Trees there...
