      ... those while seated in a kayak. The first part of the paddling took us through thick mangroves making us weave and duck and pull ourselves forward hanging on to branches.       ... food i didn't want but the others ate. Returned to the ship well before we had to and went straight to Lido for another lunch. Up on the sun deck followed by gym.       ... to when we eat dinner which lasts for almost two hours. Food ok but not anything more. A nice soup (gumbo) and a nice napoleon type bakelse but the entre was a dry bit of meat which I didn't really like at all.
