... in Jaws is actually just a man made lake less than the size of the Wagga Lagoon. A large ship portrayed in 'some movie' (haven't seen it), is a toy model half the size of me, but the shooting perspective gives off the illusion of a mega ship. We got to experience this- I really found it weird that a ship model you knew was so small looked huge! We got to experience an active 'flash flooding' and an 'earthquake' set which was cool. I love the West Coast climate, the great food and way of life. Thanks to the marvels of modern technology, I linked with an old school ...

... her Eurotrip in July!! Joey, Emily and I then enjoyed one last day in the extraordinary Vegas culture before also the three of us split up on Friday. Joey was going to drive home from Vegas to Edmonton which would take him two days, while Emily and I headed to even higher temperatures in Phoenix. The past week had been a crazy couple of days and sad goodbyes as well as fantastic hellos. I have now said goodbye to all my Boston College friends who are currently travelling to all ...
