Once again the sun was going down as we arrived in Shepard. We turned onto Shraderville road and headed to the B&B. It was closed.... Losing light and not having any camping options, we decided to find a nice looking house and ask if we could pitch a tent on their yard. ... that we retired to our beds for a mid-afternoon siesta. We woke up to the idea of fresh oyster happy hour where we met the world's greatest oyster shucker, Thomas. He was a 50ish y.o. man with a great sense of humor. He gave Powerstroke a little shuga shuga and she gave it right back! Thomas jokingly patronized Powerstroke and asked if the oyster was too big for her, she came back with, "Oh no! I like the big meaty ones in my mouth!" He was taken aback, then blushed and then laughed ...

... in time change. I was so thankful that the time change happened on the drive home though and not on the way to Destin as I had originally thought. We also hit a lot of rain to the point where I could hardly see where I was going. It was bad. I was glad to make it home safe and sound after white knuckling the steering wheel for hours.
