... had a ham and cheese croissant and hash browns and I had an omelette (minus the hot biscuits). We all enjoyed our brekkie - thanks to Shannon. Though I must say the taster I had of the hash browns came back to haunt me later. One thing that is rather nice over here is the meals are fairly inexpensive compared to Perth.

Luckenbach has remained basically unchanged for the past almost half century. The "town" consists of a gift shop and saloon that was once the general store and post office and dance hall. The post office was closed in 1971 and the zip code permanently retired.
