... got off the tram and walked along the shore looking at all the fancy yachts. The route then took us around downtown San Diego, the convention centre, the gas lamp quarter and the Hilton bay front hotel which was the last stop before we would return to our original boarding stop. We disembarked, got some chai at Starbucks and then sat in the sun ...

Whether one is a military buff, an
animal lover, a food lover, have family with kids or just a plain
tourist willing to explore and experience; San Diego has plenty to
offer. For me, San Diego is
spectacular anytime of the year and I wouldn't mind visiting this
place again. I wish that we could stay longer but alas, we
have to get back to the ship and perform another mandatory emergency
Early start and pastries for breakfast 2 of us and an extra lay in for the other (guess who). Still managed to check out of the Motel and get to the zoo for just after 9am.
