... Kreme donut. Fairly tasty. The best of all the items that I sampled was the maple bacon donut. It tasted like pancakes with maple syrup and a side of bacon. These are NOT the bacon providers... Nor are these the originators of lamp kabobs...

Good thing we walked all day. For here we are seemingly no worse for wear.

... Four hours and many steps later, we departed for Lake Dixon, a lovely city campground next to a reservoir above town. Our campsite had a nice view of the city, we settled in for a relaxing afternoon prior to going to Keely and Joe’s for dinner.

... Gaga and Leonardo DiCaprio... quick bus trip up to Balboa park... then back into SD downtown where we picked up some healthy food which was well overdue, went back to the hostel to eat our chicken salad, where we're now doing our blog!

Final little funny thing for todays blog!!... I have been extra chatty to a black guy at the hostel, because he seemed a nice guy and more importantly i wanted to borrow his hair ...

... out different foods. Pretty much everything has orange runny disgusting cheese on it. We had great hot dogs and yummy bagels and a giant pretzel with salt all over it (and of course the runny cheese).
