As we were walking back to our towels we saw a very cheeky squirrel had decided to invade our camp and was proceeding to chew his way through our bag to get to our apples that were inside!! How very rude! This evening we went to La Jolla because we'd heard the sunsets are amazing however when we arrived it ...

... of the hotel was perfect for all our adventures on this leg of the trip. To our delight, all of our luggage was present when we returned to our cabin. After almost two weeks of suitcase living, we were thrilled to unpack and settle in for the next fifteen days. Now if we can just remember where we put everything.

We joined five others for dinner and then took in the opening night show before retiring to our home away from home, happy that we had no more waiting to do ...
