    ... the bus with my boards. Speaking of boards I should be getting a brand newby soon! Very stoked about that. It's all about who you know ya know. Also hopefully going to Skype with noony soon which will be nice, I miss her a little bit.     ... the motorcycle, I got a new front wheel, new tires, new brake pads, chain and sprocket and a major servicing. It cost an ungodly amount but it had to be done and my baby is running beautifully now. Much needed as I'm tackling a couple of insane roads between Highway 76 and Palomar mountain tomorrow, supposedly one of if not the most technically difficult rides in California. Hoo ...

    ... got dropped on 5th avenue, the heart of the Gas Lamp District, where all the restaurants and bars are plentiful. We had had a few recommendations of bars so we started with the Tipsy Crow, home of the Salty Dog, a freshly squeezed grapefruit drink with vodka and a salty rim! So we gave it a try!
