Stayed at Jude’s RV Park on the outskirts of New Orleans. Marla, the owner, drove us downtown at 10 A.M. and picked us up at 9 P.M. We started at the French Market and walked around the entire day ending up listening to jazz bands along Bourbon Street that night.

After a grueling five days of driving, it was time to find a nice campground and hang out for a few days. My plan was to stay at the state park on the beach near Destin. But the polar vortex spoiled things, so I found an RV park near Pensacola instead. ... oyster bar, shroom chocolate party favors (neither of us knew about these till after we left), and everyone in costume.
