Awoke after dropping Zaney at the Bus Terminal in Cornwall to return to Montreal. Walking down Tollgate rd. I found some strikers from the Corporate Entity "Drive Test"...it seems licence aquisition is not a gov run industry anymore...Hmmm. Will have to investigate further. In Toronto...

... officers deliberated, went back and forth, talked on the phone, gave Sylvain some water while he was waiting. It was pretty entertaining.

Finally, Sylvain emerged victorious! Another year in Canada for our favourite Frenchman. We then cruised around looking for somewhere to go to celebrate, but all the restaurants in town close down at 10 p.m. on weeknights apparently... oh well!

On our way back, we resorted to Tim Hortons, the only thing still open.

We're in Nicholville, NY, right now. We've had nice long, downhills today which was a wonderful change. We made three quick stops in Malone because the stores didn't have what we needed. We've gotten a lot of miles in today because it was cool earlier.

The longest leg of our journey lay between Toronto and Cornwall. Around 5:30 p.m. we stopped to dine in Kingston, for supper, at the Keg, downtown, where we had a table at the street side patio. I rode 225 miles today and never saw a Walmart. I didn’t even find a gas station big enough to have pay at the pump card readers. What a wonderful area!
