... no particular reason other than it is about half way between Niagara and Williamsburg where we want to be tomorrow..

Found a a really nice place for a drink and dinner called the Treasure Lake Ski Lodge - friendly locals and staff. They don't ski there any more so not sure why the name remains bit still a cool place.

So here ends our day - goodnight.

I hate roads rips because well yes they have good times but this one mostly had bad times. Most of the time we were in the car seeing mountains and a lot of the roads were so bumpy and it made my stomach hurt and it also made my head hurt and we barely ever had silence. ... pm we rolled away from our house and are now 31 miles from our first campground, Clear Creek State Park in western PA. We should be there by 10 pm. Clara is asleep and Serena is explaining to Ron just how horrible the Disney show "Dog with a Blog" is. That discussion inspired by my current activity. Cook Forest State Park is located in NW Pa. It is beautiful and has a portion of the park called the Forest Cathedral (aka the Black Forest) which is a National Landmark because of its dense concentration of Hemlock and White Pines. We just did a quick overnight stop at the Holiday Inn Express in DuBois, Pennsylvania.
I spent most of the day driving and had to make a stop far enough west to be able to get to the next stop in a reasonable amount of time. This was a good stop and the hotel was nice enough.
