Up at dawn, coffee on the porch with the parents while Wife and baby sleep.
Helped dad get more styrofoam under the dock, he always seems to be finding more pieces to help it float better. A bit of a swim while Caroline fed the baby. Ride on the pontoon was greatly enjoyed by Abcde, she was just a giggling and smiling as long as the boat was in motion.

A feed and a change later and the wee babe was in much better spirits. 10ish wife got up and had her breakfast sans eggs (for some reason she doesn't like eggs. The Travel Ball got broken in. As we take our trip around the world, we're taking the world's beautiful game with us! The challenge: to get at least 50 juggle touches on the ball without it touching the ground. Where will it be next? The top of Lookout Mountain? St. Peter's square? On a train? The travel ball gets marked with the location and the signature of anyone besides the Miller boys who participated. Let the games begin!

Regardless, I never felt any overwhelming pressure to fit into the religious standards of those around me as I was growing up, and possibly because I wasn't influenced by formal religion I grew contemptuous of the religious system in the United States, and followed a more loosely spiritual path than most of my peers.

... so Mark stepped out to find Mac while Cheryl went to Meramec to pick up Josie. Got Josie, then circled back to Wydown to get Mac and Mark, then back on the road. Why all of the police and fire vehicles? Seems there was a malfunction with the smoke machine they were going to use for an event that evening at the school, which sent smoke all through the building. Glad it was nothing serious.
