      Got up at 8. Alert no problems. Showered. Fruit bowl before going to dela veaga to see guys. Picked on some ham in their kitchen. Half of bowl of old soup. Went to Safeway. Ate chicken tenders w/ honey mustard. An apple, jerky, Bacon egg sandwiches for dinner. Butter pecan Ice cream with crumbled cookie. 5-7 bottles water, mango juice, sobe water.
