Commerce, then Miami (my-am-uh), Vinita (cool 66 murals - was supposed to have largest McDonalds but disappointing) so on we drove In Chelsea we saw a great R66 mural (took some photos on camera). ... BSprings seems to be experiencing they could have kept this gem open and staffed with volunteers made it a real drawcard for the town. My suggestion is that they combined it with the R66 visitors centre - they have a guy living in town that inspired the Mater character in the Cars movie - he would be great to have there too. ... We almost completed the entire house's siding but had to wrap up in time to get over to the YMCA and start getting ready for dinner. The nice people at the Y let me get in a nice 2 mile jog on the treadmill (something I have yet to do on this trip and man it showed!) and now to shower at the church before another host-provided meal potluck style :) That's a wrap! 9 straight bike days start tomorrow! ... hammering, fitting, sawing. I did a lot of sawing. We put up plywood for the walls and I sawed out the windows and doors. It's been so interesting watching and participating in how these homes are built. When I have my own home, way in the future, should I decided to build it, I think I'd like to be involved in it's development. ... had a delicious dinner here at host. I played some basketball, read some of my book, chatted with folks. We did affirmations too. Last night everyone was given 30 pieces of paper and we had to write positive things for everyone here. Today we received those pieces of paper.
