Plan B was to go get a National Park site passport stamp. There is an exhibition coal mine in Beckley (about 20 minutes from the ATV park), which is part of the National Coal Heritage Area, so off we went. Instead of going to the ballgame, we spent the evening at WalMart and the Dollar Tree looking for rain ponchos. We are scheduled for a 4-hour ATV tour tomorrow morning, and it will go even if there are thunderstorms, which are predicted. We, of course, brought everything we could possibly need (and then some) except rain gear. Umbrellas will not be useful on an ATV, ...

... and then we moved down the wall doing some more challenging lines. Later we found a sick cave and Lee onsighted a 12a! Lee is a beast climber! One of the strongest I know and has taught me everything I know, but he also cleared the 30 foot wide cave after letting one rip! Damn Lee!
