It's always a treat to see these professional, sparkling clean shops where, every week, cars and trucks are disassembled, rebuilt, and re-assembled, and yet the shops gleam like a tv chef's kitchen!

Basketball season has officially begun! We have started two-a-day practices that are very intense. This first week we were introduced to a high level of intensity and focus demanded by our coaches.
