We finally arrived home around 8:30 pm and were greeted by the smell of roasting lamb. Roasted and just a bit charred around the edges for some crispy treats. Greta assembled a salad and dill yogurt dip for the snap peas Emily had brought from her garden. Roasted potatoes were well done and the butter melted luxuriously into them. Delicious .
