... to Mission as there is a guy there that has numerous wives and the law is trying to catch him. It was going on when we were in Kamloops before and it still isn’t resolved. I don’t know what we expected to see- a man holding up a sign saying he had numerous wives. It turned out Mission was the same as any other town.

... but for the most part it feels derelict & deserted. There were a few RV parks there but seemed to be mostly full of long-termers. I'm a bit disappointed, I was looking forward to the hot springs... On the plus side we saw our first lake!! Our first of many I'm sure :) We kept driving around the lake to Sasquatch Provincial Park & checked out 2 open campgrounds there - Lakeside & Hicks Lake campsites. We all went out for tea to a place called Fox's Ridge. I order ribs and they came with cornbread which was a bit random, I've never had cornbread before not sure I particularly liked it, in fact I gave most of it to Andrew.
