... slides in the area and I ended up going on one of their major rides called the Hurricane too.
After hanging out in this area for awhile (and taking advantage of the lazy river), we decided to check one of the other areas out (called Wild West Water park) to see what we could do around there the next day. After we looked around briefly, we went back to our room and ordered Italian to our room from a nearby restaurant. We then watched Big Brother and headed to sleep, hoping ...
... for their farmland and were growing huge windmills along with their corn!
We stopped for dinner at a Perkins where we decided instead of going all the way to South Dakota, we would stop in Luverne for the night. Mom was a bit road weary and ready for a stretch and a good night's sleep.
Our total mileage for today was 386 miles. Tomorrow we're heading for the Western side of South Dakota! We'll see if we get there!

clothes that weren't from Walmart.
Speaking of which, stopped at Delafield
for the night, Walmart again. Thank you for a flat place to park
... Same result there so we back tracked a
couple of miles to a Walmart parking lot just outside Baraboo WI. It’s the second time this trip I’ve taken
advantage of their free parking. It’s
not really camping but has the advantage of having food, supplies, and a clean
bathroom. It’s especially nice when
you don’t want to drive anymore and I did about 300 miles today which is way
