Mar 1- Before breakfast we join a local guide for a 2-3 hour nature walk in the sanctuary. In the afternoon we take a boat ride to see the animals up close. We may see elephant, otter, wild pig and buffalo. Birds are abundant often seen are kingfishers, storks and hornbills.

Mar 2- Leaving the hills we descend to the coastal plans through tea plantations and fruit orchards to board our houseboat ...

In town for a family ski trip. Staying at the residence inn downtown. After checking in, we stumbled upon a German themed Christmas festival in downtown Denver where we had a few drinks. Afterwards, we walked down the pedestrian mall to explore the area. We stopped into to the Thirsty Lion gastropub for a quick drink before going to the Kitchen - Denver for a very nice dinner. The dinner and drinks were amazing!! Definitely a great way to start a family ...

Wyoming has the population of 76 and we were all related so they say. Wyoming
was also the first state to allow women to vote. After a 10-hour long drive, we

... the hotel shuttle. We waited and waited and waited for our luggage which finally appeared on the carousel. All the passengers on our flight had the same worried "they did transfer our luggage to the correct plane, right?" look.

Then we waited and waited and waited AND waited for the hotel shuttle. Jeff took to waving down every Holiday Inn van that went by; finally we called the hotel again. "He's right there." Really? Turns out that one ...

... had a mini mass. After church we picked up a couple of things from Whole Foods Market so mum and dad could cook dinner. They made meatballs, they were really nice. Then we drove to a park with lots of Christmas lights and walked around in the cold looking at all the pretty lights.
