We arrived in St. Louis late on Saturday and on Sunday the sun was shining and it was a nice hot day so we went to forest park (the largest urban park in the country) and sat in the sun at the top of the art museum for a bit. ... power was still off, and the bathroom was pitch black and the hot water was gone. Thankfully, the Doubletree offered to send guests to a neighboring hotel to use rooms and showers...the SHERATON! (the same one we stayed at before and almost stayed at this time) I guess if you find something that works, stick with it. Still, pretty impressed with the accommodations from both.
