Sampled "liver mush" for brekkie, with bacon and toast, a great start for the day. Then we off from Dev's but we will see her again at Andrew's in June.

Drove across North Carolina and into South Carolina. This is the "Bible Belt" (South-East and South-central USA) and has seemingly hundreds of huge churches, mostly Baptist, even in tiny villages.

... I bet he was the truck parked next to us..... He said,"hey!!" Not in a friendly way but in a wtf way. He then watched me walk back to the cab (I think he was bewildered). Yes, I have a pee pot (more about that later). Men can just hang off the side of the truck. Fueling up takes a long time....we have a small tank. They can get up to 300 gallons though. To fill the tank on this truck can cost $750! Besides fueling there ...

... allocated to states and how states allocate their monies to interstate highways. The right lane of I 95 is a succession of patches. I couldn't cheat and drive close to the left side of my lane because the traffic was so heavy and I couldn't cheat on the right side because there were potholes just to the right of the white line. Potholes that were 2-3 feet long and 6 inches deep.
Stopped for the night at Santee ...
