    Had a wonderful time in the Chicago area. I window shopped at my favorite grocery stores. Charlie and I went on a garden tour (no pictures allowed). We all went for a hungar walk at soldier stadium. Charlie and I "bartender" at a rotary function.     ... a plate of curry wurst, or even the potato pancakes could stop us from slowly getting so cold we had to come home. Paddy and Terry had been planning to go to a jazz club. We were so glad of that cup of tea when we got home.

    The temperature was -8, feels like -16, and I had planned to take beautiful photos, but I couldn't leave my gloves off long enough for a decent one, even using the auto setting. Expecting more overnight snow.
