The only complication was that the transfer desk where I would receive my boarding passes for the Delta flights was on the lower arrival level of the airport, and the Delta desk didn’t open until three hours before departure time.     From Roswell we drive to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are on the Unesco world heritage list, so we decide to pay them a visit. Located 250 meters under ground are loads of stalagmites, stalactites, draperies, soda straws and popcorn. Soda straws being the tiny ones hanging from the ceiling . In Europe we call them Spaghetti. Popcorn are located on the ground. The cavern is beautiful, but we saw an even more beautiful cavern in Slovenia last year, so were a little spoilt. ...

    ... the pictures, she really enjoyed playing with her cousins. Once the party started that afternoon, Addy ran around and played. Grampa kept and eye on her while Mama and Baba finished up some things. Even with a house filled with over 30 people, she did great. Poor girl was tired once it was time to eat.     So, I've been quite the slacker on updating this since Christmas, but when we're gone for 3 weeks there's quite a lot of catching up to do when we get back. During Christmas it was nice to see a lot of family and friends. Always good to have a break from the "real world." Since it was so long ago...I'll just leave you with some pictures and be more up-to-date soon :)

    ... then had his blackened Catfish and I went for a salad. After the feast we got served yesterday I was trying to keep it light today.
