    So, it occurred to me I had to leave for this trip very last minute.

    I am an amazing trip planner, but somehow threw myself through this
    doozy. Best advice I can give to fellow travelers: avoid booking
    your hotel ahead of time. I mean, if you are going to a weekend

    We shopped at Costco today to get food for camping and we got even more excited. We met up later that evening to start packing the car.     ... it had a computer chip in it. This really stumped them. The clerk admitted to seeing a credit card once before, but never a chipped card which requires a whole different process than the average credit card. After the help of the manager, myself, and the ghost of Sam Walton we finally managed to process the $22 transaction.
