I am not an experienced tarp hanger-upper so I was quite proud of the job I did hanging it between several trees next to the creek. I wanted to show off to the partiers but decided to brag to you about it instead. Isn't it so cool? I was especially happy about it when it started to rain. I spent a cozy evening under the tarp and a blanket, reading and eating chili.

Snowboard lesson 1
Mitch, Karen and I attended a first timers lesson in Snowboarding. This was conducted at a place called the magic carpet. So the basics, first… how to tie snowboard laces properly, second… flat feet, third… heel edge, and fourth… toe edge.
I was apparently never doing it right… of course that is a difficult task when your board supposedly isn’t waxed properly and wont even ...
